Pastor Darden has a rich and diverse history of pastoring for over 40 years. Throughout his pastoring life, he came across various trials that made him realize the importance of keeping in proximity with mentors and leaders who have experienced many challenges in leading their members & employees. As a result, he is highly passionate about some of his lessons while pastoring in rural areas. And through his book “A PIONEER In The Rural”: You Do Not Have To Be Mega To Matter,” he shares his experiences, wisdom, and lessons.
Pastor Kenneth Darden is also the founder and CEO of The Abundant Light of Livingston Corporation, a 501C3 Texas Corporation. As the CEO, he has successfully managed programs that lift the spirit & the economic conditions of families, single mothers, and fathers. Pastor Darden’s programs include Abundant Life of Livingston Nurse Aide and Phlebotomy Program, a Texas Career School, and a childcare center, Abundantly Blessed. Rev. Darden still finds time to serve the communities as a member of the Livingston Rotary Club.
